Terms & Conditions
- Entry will not be accepted until payment in full is received.
- All participants must have a current valid GA handicap, with a minimum of 3 handicapped rounds in the previous 12 months.
- Although entries will be placed in the preferred time, competitors must be prepared to play at the time appointed by the committee. Failure may result in a forfeit of your place in the draw.
- Format of event is a 3 person Ambrose, with the highest handicapper having 8 drives, middle handicapper 6 drives and lowest marker 4 Drives each.
- Full PGA Members are ineligible from winning prizes.
- Team Handicap is all 3 players ‘daily handicap’ combined, then divided by 6.
- The field will be separated into 2 Grades. Team HCP of 6.50 or less will be A Grade, 6.51 or above will be B Grade.
- In the event of a tie in the 36-hole event, a countback will be decided by Rd 2 scores first.
- No entry will be refunded unless scratching’s are made 14 days before the commencement of the event.
- THE COMMITTEE SHALL HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE TOURNAMENT AND ITS DECISIONS; ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE FINAL.
